The background is based on Ecco the Dolphin - Defender of the Future. Located at the Isle of Tranquillity aka Pod Bay or something (where Ecco lives basically). I was gonna do the Hanging Waters or Dolphin Nightmare reality, but eh, got lazy. Drawing floating water tubes-like-roads in the sky is beyond what I'm capable of. )=
